  I had a great experience at BMW of Chula Vista buying my first BMW! From the moment I walked in, everyone was attentive, friendly, and made me feel welcome. Viviana was my sales representative, and she was fantastic—she made the process quick, smooth, and stress-free while answering all my questions. The whole team was enthusiastic and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with my car—it’s truly a dream. Highly recommend! 100/10 experience

  Took my wife's car for service a few days ago. I was welcome by a friendly service agent by the name of Eliseo. He was friendly, polite, easy to talk to about my concerns. He gave me updates when he said he would. ( very refreshing) let me know I needed tires . Gave me a rundown of the dealership specials which was nice to hear options. I would highly recommend this location if you drive a BMW. Ps he's a straight shooter and didn't try to upsell me anything. I will most definitely make this location my go to. Great job team BMW chula vista.

  When I first saw the dealership being built, everyone said it was about time a BMW dealership came to Chula Vista. Today I had the opportunity to make a purchase there, and they did not disappoint. A beautiful, brand-new dealership, amazing people, and best of all, no pushy salespeople. Natalia was knowledgeable about the product, well-versed in the numbers, and friendly, kind, and persistent in finding a win-win deal. I also commend the manager, Hammed, who stepped out not only to support his team and his salesperson but also to close the deal without being pushy, with a smile and kindness. I have leased many cars, and this store was a breath of fresh air, showing what a calm, enjoyable car-buying experience can be.
