  Your employee Joel is a gem. He helped me with testing my son's car battery, purchase a battery and than installed it. He did this all while being the only employee in the store and with a long line. He was very polite, he also explained to us how to the change the battery if we needed to do it in the future. He was very calm and handle all your customers very well. I applaud him and your company for having such an amazing employee. Thank you Joel for your time and help, you helped a stressful Mom out today. (April 29th at 930am)

  The workers were goofing around instead of helping the customers. I asked for an item that was listed as in stock. Without even looking for the item they said they did not have the item. I felt like i was interfereing in thier fun. I had to drive 5 miles away to another store. Aviod this store.
