  I called ahead to make sure they could help test my battery and help replace it because my car was barely running. They said yes. I get there and then they told me their tester is not working. One worker even offered to take the battery out and test it in the back for me, but the manager immediately shut him down and said it was “doing too much” and told me to go to a different location. I literally had to jump start my car in their parking lot and risk it dying just to drive to another AutoZone. I don’t believe they had bad intentions but I wish they could’ve helped me out more especially since I was very anxious about continuing to drive my car and I had called before hand to ensure I wasn’t making the drive there for nothing.

  Sorry for the late review. But I just wanted to make sure I do give 2 gentlemen in particular a quick shout out for their unselfishness, and good customer service as it is hard to find these days. I have gone go this location twice in the past 2 months. Both for battery installations. Brandon was the first gentlemen who helped me with the installation of one car. He was very helpful and respectful. Eddie is the name of the second gentlemen who helped me with installing a battery for my father’s truck. In this particular case. The night I went in, there were other associates. But seemed as soon as I said I would also need the battery installed. They all disappeared. But Eddie stepped up and got the job done. Thank you.
