  Excellent, friendly service comes through clearly, and the young supervisor’s helpful attitude genuinely stands out. Their team approaches the work with care, performing thorough checks and making sure customers feel supported throughout the process. There is, however, a meaningful opportunity for growth in how they present additional recommendations. They don’t hesitate to upsell—which shows initiative—but the delivery can feel a bit too direct. With more training in consultative communication, they could turn those moments into conversations that feel educational rather than transactional. After several decades in consulting sales, I’ve learned that the difference between “selling” and “guiding” is often just a shift in how value is framed. I could even help them better understand that consultative approach. When upselling is rooted in insight, context, and genuine customer benefit, people don’t feel pressured, they feel informed. That shift builds trust, elevates the customer experience, and empowers the team to influence outcomes with confidence and professionalism. It’s a small refinement that could significantly enhance both their impact and the value customers perceive. Then watch how everyone wins!

  Checked in this weekend to get our two front tires replaced and was so impressed by the quality of Jefe Victor's Hustle! Vic was so fast, efficient, and thoroughly effective in welcoming us into the Jiffy Lube Brand and showing us all the amazing benefits of buying tires from their location. It was my first time buying tires since my Dad and Brother passed away and the whole process was stressful and terrifying to me being a tired Mom Sitter on a tight budget. Vic was so helpful in explaining to me the different options I had to choose from depending on how much money I had to spend, he printed out two options for me with different warranty coverages to help me make a fast and easy well informed decision. I needed my tires replaced in an urgent time frame and Vic was so accomadating in helping Mom and I order tires right away and was able to install them immediately the following day! I definitely recommend the Chino Jiffy Lube Location, the vibe is very organized, focused, and passionately professional when it comes to quality Customer Service! They have a beautiful and relaxing waiting lobby with complementary coffee and a rainbow of different creamers, a big screen high definition TV to decompress while waiting for our vehicles to be serviced, and comfortable clean seats to help us rest luxuriously. Vic and his Manager Jay communicate very well and have their Computers and Printers working fast with fresh clean paper and quality ink to print out clear and crisp communication aids, and their commitment to stacking up a Montana of Five Star Google Reviews shows how proud they are of maintaining a trustworthy and Gold Standard Reputation! Thank You Vic for being such a solid Rental Dad and Brother Advisor to the Lost Senoritas who are still learning how to speak the language of Vehicle Maintenance and being culturally considerate enough to make the process easy and enjoyable for our Moms!
