I normally go to Jiffy Lube #1200 on Gary Ave in Pomona, where Alberto, Juan, and Edwin consistently provide professional, transparent service. This Chino location was nothing like that. The employee who assisted me, Kevin, was dismissive and unclear during a coupon issue that originated from Jiffy Lube’s own website. He was able to find the coupon himself but made no effort to help resolve it and instead treated it as entirely the customer’s problem. What concerned me most was the speed of the oil change. There were already two cars ahead of me in the bay. I checked in, briefly left the shopping center, came back, declined an air filter upsell, sat down for about a minute—and was immediately told my car was done. The entire service appeared to take five minutes or less. I was not shown the oil level, there was no service walkthrough, and the oil-change reminder sticker wasn’t applied—just handed to me. Between the attitude, lack of communication, and unusually fast turnaround, this visit left me questioning the quality of the work performed. I won’t be returning to this location.
