  I rushed over , made in time. But UT closed early. The salesman is still in there. Typical lazy people. I can't post without giving a star, 0 stars.

  DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR A WOMAN!!!! I needed a bulb for my taillight and NONE of the workers were helpful. First they had an attitude like they were doing me a favor when I asked where the bulbs were at a man on the tanner side with glasses and was heavier too. First of all they gave me the wrong side I get it people make mistakes but when I came back to let them know they looked at me like I was an idiot when I’m showing the correct damn bulb that was in my car. The man with thin long hair and a beard proceeded to take a whopping 10 min looking for the damn bulb because it wasn’t showing the one I needed in the system apparently. His other coworker a man with tattoos on his head / forehead bald was distracting the long haired guy making jokes while I’m waiting for them to finish what they were saying like sir I want to go home it’s dark I can’t without the freaking bulb. I tried to help saying “hey there are measurements on the side of the bulb if that helps ” and he looked at me like he didn’t know they where there like YOU WORK IN AutoZone how do you not know?!!!! I genuinely think he was on something cuz how do you take sooo long. He proceeded to laugh in my face with his coworkers saying “Oh it’s on me I didn’t give the glasses guy / cashier the right bulb in the first place” SIR I just wasted 1 hour of my time just for you to laugh in my face not a single apology nothing. AutoZone you really need to see who you are hiring as employees especially when it comes to people who genuinely don’t know what they are looking for. Not to mention they didn’t give me my refund for the bulb I guess they “forgot” that too. It clearly shows that they will treat you like a idiot and not take you seriously because your a woman who is naive about car parts. Disappointed and never coming back .

  Terrible location, not good mall, not good parking. It was this way that way parking and tight drive through. Also the neighbor hood made me not want to stay too long in store. It wasn't like anyone offered to help since there were myself and one other person. Also the cost of the wipers were extremely high. Almost $60 for just a basic brand
