  I experienced at Tire Choice in Chip Hills From Customer Service to my repair, I give them an A+ Customer Service was great with the breakdown and understanding on my will alignment. My repair was done in a great timely manner

  This has been a very frustrating and maddening experience. From the very beginning, when I was trying to call the schedule the appointment, it would go to an overseas answering service. I then had to wait on hold and 9 times out of 10 was hung up on before I even spoke to anybody. When you DO get connected, you have to get transferred around a couple times before you actually get to being scheduled. You never once speak to the actual location it’s just the call center. And lo and behold you get quoted a flat rate for a small vehicle standard oil change in spite of asking if there are any up-sales or any additional costs to that quoted amount, are told no and in fact, there’s a $20 discount. After we got our oil change, the bill was shocking because of we got charged an extremely high amount for the extra 1.4 quarts of oil that my van required. So what was supposed to be a $78 oil changed all inclusive, became a $146 oil change. The $20 discount is actually a Valvoline cash card that took ridiculous amounts of effort to request and should arrive within 6 to 8 weeks! When we challenged the man at the location about this discrepancy in price, he literally said he “DOESN’T CARE”. He says it happens all the time. It would’ve been nice if he would’ve said something when we first came to the counter if this is a frequently occurring problem for customers. There was also a strong pusher police my battery even though we just had it checked and it was at 90% capacity. This guy tells us it’s at 80% and that it needs to be changed. Of course we declined it, but that plus rotating tires would’ve been an additional $716 after parts and crazy labor charges. There was nothing good about going to this place except they we’re a ghost town (is it any wonder why?). Still took an hour for a simple oil change. We only went there because Pep Boys was gonna be about $125 total. We obviously now regret trying to save some money by going here.

  I was so appreciative of the service I received here. I do not live in the local area and saw reviews for this place which made me more confident in going in but after going here and getting service I 110% recommend this place if you are in the area (and need any tire/suspension work at least).
