- BBBubba BoyJan 23, 20263.0Our pickup experience was not as good as we would have expected. Even with an appointment it took a good 45 ~ 60 minutes for them to get to us and then another 20 minutes to get the car and check out. We reserved a midsize SUV and we received a Ford Edge. It was heavily used with about 50,000 Mi on it...a little more beat up than we expected. The cleanliness of the car was just so, so...they could have done a better job. Overall it took over an hour to pick up the car. The staff is friendly, but somehow this place doesn't seem that organized when it comes to checking cars out. When we returned the car it was quick and only took about 15 minutes.
