Then they tried to excuse themselves for their mistakes and lack of communication with car insurance companies.This place tried to charge me $363.00 for a rental car that was arranged between my car insurance and their staff. Their staff made a mistake sending me an email stating my insurance was paying until December 7, 2025. Then the day I returned the car they told me my insurance only covered till December 2, 2025.I let them know this was not my fault since I had nothing to do with the arrangements that were done. I followed what their email said. Then they call me to tell me if I don’t pay I’m being sent to collections all of this happened within 4 days. I called my insurance and even they haven’t been able to talk to management. I would Never recommend this place for their lack of professionalism and also they are very rude trying to intimidate customers.

The only thing that this office can improve on is the wait time. It was very crowded because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but there should be a ‘return’ car line and a ‘rental’ line. I noticed that some people were irritated because there was confusion as to who was being helped out of order. Having a little ticket machine may help also by calling numbers for the customers! Overall, this is a great place to rent a car. I’ve never had any problems.
