    Today i took my car scion for a new battery ,the person [DID NOT TELL HIS NAME ]working there asked me TO open the hood and to close in the end.the person who was working on replacing the battery had a bad time removing the old one and gave up.He asked him to find a mechanic .Luckily one young man Mr dillon [ i dont know who it is ]suggested what to do with the old battery and he did remove it. Later he had some rough time fixing the new battery and some other personnel helped him. i was nervous and worried that i have find and go to A mechanic to replace the battery. i have a no issue with the work and battery and i appreciate the hard working personnel there . But my suggestion please ask for help from the colleagues and try not to wash your hands off.

    Very poor customer service. On January 3 around 10 AM, employees were rude and ignored me when I asked for help with a diagnostic scanner. The manager was dismissive and didn’t try to help. I went to O’Reilly instead, where they helped me right away and earned my business.
