  This place is terrible! They constantly make excuses to customers and blame it on "new" employees. I have a corporate account with Chico Unified and every year in April when I reserve a van months ahead to transport students I get there to pick it up and there is an issue and no van! Every other Enterprise is awesome especially with a corporate account. Beware of this location.

  I’ve had consistently great experiences with this Enterprise location. The team is often very busy, but they’re always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—it really makes a difference. A special shoutout to Julio, who was running the office solo today and absolutely slammed, yet still delivered top-notch customer service. His communication was clear, professional, and super helpful throughout the entire process. He handled everything efficiently while making sure customers felt taken care of, which is no small feat when you’re that busy. Really appreciate the level of service here—thank you!

  Worst service ever. Do not go to them!!! Made us wait a hr with special needs kids. They don't care at all. I'm contacting corporate.

  Great staff. Had my car sent to the local FBO wanting for me and picked up once I was done. If you are flying into KCIC (or however you get to Chico) I would rent a car from here.

  Located next to the Chico Hyundai dealership. Google Maps and Waze may take you to the old location, now a competitor's rental location. Friendly, helpful staff. If you're local to Chico, they can arrange a ride. Alternatively, use Uber/Lyft to get to outlying communities.
