  Overall the employees were very kind & the business itself is fine but the prices are ridiculous, if you purchase through a third party it fails to mention that there’s a per mile charge for trucks so it’s the rental plus .79 cents per mile (which is better than uhaul). For a one day rental I was charged $300. Next time I’m borrowing a friends truck that’s ridiculous

  I recently had a frustrating experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. Despite their website stating they opened at 7 AM, the location was closed when I arrived. I waited for two hours, hoping someone would show up, but no one did. This lack of communication and accountability was incredibly disappointing. I had planned my day around this rental, and the inconvenience caused significant disruption. I expected better from a well-known company. I won’t be renting from Enterprise again anytime soon.
