    Julio did an outstanding job in getting us a vehicle. The original car we were to rent want available, so, Julio got us a double upgrade. It was great.

    Reserved a pickup truck for rental and none were available at time of pickup of reservation. Upgraded at no additional charge to a full size suburban vehicle. Friendly service, give yourself plenty of time for pickup and dropping off rental location is quite busy.

    Pls go somewhere else. I was charged over $200 after returning the car at a different location and I was told I only needed to fill up the gas and I was good to go and it would be a $50 fee because it’s a different location. Got that charge of over $200 two weeks later smfh.

    Very frustrating process. I directly called and told you guys my insurance covers unlimited Ecnomy class cars. Guy tries to up sale me with an SUV $25 more a day and then tells me they have no economy after I was told you guys have plenty of economy. Now im stuck in a sedan for $4 more a day. This location is terrible. I will stick with the yuba location for future accidents cause you guys are a sham. Should compensate the rates since you've wasted tons of my time.

    The staff were all very friendly, professional, thorough and picked out an excellent car for me to drive for one week. I will certainly continueto rent from Enterprise when a need arises.
