I had an issue in December of 2025 in which they could not find the correct size for my car (low availability in the city). It is a newer electronic car and has different sizes for front and back. Anyway, we had to go several rounds before the right tires were ordered and put on. So this was an extremely frustrating experience but I will say they handled it professionally and offered appropriate discounts.

I did check my tire they said they rotate it but when I check later they did not. Now I doubt it if they really do change my oil it feels they didn’t. Never do business again with them
