William Bento helped me when I initially thought I needed a tail light, but he went above and beyond by carefully checking all of my lights and identifying that the issue was actually my brake light. Although it was somewhat difficult to access on my 2016 Nissan Rogue SL, he handled the task with patience and care and ensured it was completed properly. I couldn’t thank him enough while it may have seemed like a simple fix, it truly meant a lot to me after a long day. William was professional, kind, and attentive, and it’s clear that AutoZone values customer service by employing individuals who are willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this location!!!!

The young man who helped me went out of his way to assist. He made sure I found the correct battery for my car and even installed it for me. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. I just wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him personally. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
- CMChristine McCainNov 12, 20252.0**I'm conflicted with amending my review, but the windshield wipers fell off and when I returned Edwin assisted me and basically told me that the wipers they sell are aftermarket parts and that if I want the original parts replaced I need to go to the dealership. I wish I would have known that before I spent money replacing my wipers that were not compatible with my vehicle. I might have had the most positive auto experience of my life today with William. I simply needed new wipers but it turned into the highlight of my day! He showed me my options and replaced my wipers and was pleasant and lovely to me and every other person he crossed paths with during the process. Can't wait to return again!
