The guy helping us told us it will be 45-60 minutes and so when we came back they lied and said they called us but they never called us and then it put us back into the waiting line for our rental after people that checked in after us. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable considering we made this reservation in.advance. It’s ridiculous to have to wait over 2+ hours to get my car rental. Will not be coming back to this location.
