  (DON’T LET BRANDON HANDLE YOUR ORDERS)…. I Placed an order in another store which was never delivered and that store suggested me to come to Cerritos location Since they have my part in their shelves still in there, as soon as I arrived I spoke with the manager Brandon I explained the situation about my part replacement warranty, but instead of honoring the warranty, he was back-and-forth with me saying that he couldn’t find My purchases history since I originally purchased this at a Mission Viejo store so he was asking me to buy it and have the other store deal with the warranty Instead of listening to me and understand the situation he came very AGGRESSIVE trying to convince me to purchase the part again, which is I didn’t mind buying it but since I did have the part with me I thought it was easy that way!!! I had to call at the other location and have the manager Christie to explain a different manager Cause this guy Brandon he got very irritated somehow!! For one or another reason, I noticed they have tons of employees at this location, but they’re all hanging out instead of focusing in customers and greeting as soon as a customer enter the store. I like to be contacted by a district manager and please do not let this guy Brandon handle your orders Especially when it comes to warranties. Jesse

  I would not recommend this location at all. The experience was very frustrating, and the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. The staff seemed careless and uninterested, with no real effort to help or properly address the issue.What made it worse is that my husband is a registered dealer, yet he was still charged the same as a regular customer. That’s not fair at all. If you have a dealer account with proper documentation, you should receive the correct pricing and clear explanation — not be treated like it doesn’t matter.Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to customers is unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and would definitely not return to this location.

  I am leaving this review based on a very disappointing experience a family member had at AutoZone Store #10081 in Cerritos, CA. They went in for assistance as a registered customer and had all the required documentation, but instead of receiving proper help, they were treated in a rude and dismissive manner. The attitude from staff felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.There was also confusion and poor handling of their account details, which added to the frustration and showed a lack of attention and care. Overall, this location needs significant improvement in customer service and staff behavior. I would not recommend this store based on this experience.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at AutoZone Store #10081 in Cerritos, CA was genuinely frustrating.My husband went in as a registered dealer customer with all proper documentation. Instead of receiving normal assistance, he was met with unhelpful attitudes and a lack of basic courtesy from staff. It felt like there was no interest in actually resolving his request. He was also charged incorrectly at regular pricing, which raises concerns about how accounts and customer status are handled at this location. The issue was not explained clearly and was handled without professionalism.Overall, the service felt disorganized and careless. This store needs significant improvement in both customer service and staff training.

  Very disappointing experience at AutoZone Store #10081 in Cerritos, CA. My father visited this location with all the required documents as a registered dealer customer, including valid identification and account details. Despite this, the staff refused to properly assist him and showed a clear lack of professionalism and respect. To make matters worse, he was charged regular customer pricing instead of the dealer pricing he is entitled to. This is not just a small mistake — it shows poor training and lack of attention to customer accounts and policies. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and unacceptable. This location seriously needs better staff training and supervision. I do not recommend this store based on this experience
