- MMMaricela Martinez4 days ago1.0I paid $26 for a wash at Mister Car Wash and honestly, it was a waste of money. My car went in slightly dusty and somehow came out with visible dirt stains—it actually looked worse, like the dust just turned into mud and wasn’t properly cleaned off. They advertise “free vacuums,” but they barely work. The suction is so weak it doesn’t pick up anything, so what’s the point? On top of that, they don’t even offer basic things like dash wipes, which a lot of other car washes provide. I rely on those to clean my interior, so that was frustrating. Instead, they try to sell you $2 towels. I ended up buying two because there were no complimentary towels available for customers like at other places. For the price you’re paying, you’d expect better quality and at least some basic amenities. Overall, really disappointing experience. Definitely not worth $26

Had 3 of my vehicles on the unlimited wash plan but after them refusing to repair the damage I cancelled my policy. Never will trust a mister carwash again .

- JTJim TMar 10, 20264.0Always been super happy getting a car wash here until today when car in front me had her brakes on the entire time then my car was slowly pushed into hers and dented my grill, hitting my brakes and sounding my horn, did minor damage to my car that 3 months old into her trailer hitch. Hoping mister does me right with maybe at leat some car washes, I have $1000 dollar deductible and know my insurance would go up because they would say it's private property.
