    Emmanuel at Penske in Ceres is a NIGHTMARE! I do not recommend you do business with him. He’s very unprofessional and even worse overbearing. I’m a third party and made ONE PAYMENT for a company and he still constantly blows my phone up at 7 am and multiple times throughout the day (every hour) after threatening police and a theft report. He wants his money at 7 am or he’ll get the police involved. I was nothing but respectful and polite to him for the supposed to be one interaction with him and he was very disrespectful and rude in return. I called the store to ask to deal with someone else and he got on the line saying he was taking over the call at that point and continued to be very disrespectful and rude. I politely told him a new point of contact and that I was no longer the middle man, I no longer wanted to deal with him, someone else is, and he still keeps harassing me even this morning and messaging me. I had to block him from my phone because he wouldn’t stop is how bad it was. If I could give no stars I would. He has made my very short experience with him a nightmare and a half. Penske, do better.

    I’ve been renting from Penske Truck Rental in Ceres, CA for my business for a while now, and they never disappoint! They always give me a great deal on rentals, which really helps keep my operations running smoothly. The trucks are always new, well-maintained, and spotless — exactly what I need for my work. A special shout-out to Emmanuel, who helps me every single time I come in. He’s extremely professional, friendly, and makes the rental process fast and hassle-free.
