  Do not trust any of the kids working at this location with your credit card if you need to update your payment information go to another store. I have attempted to update my payment method at this location twice and each time they charge me for a single wash Rather than update my membership, which is clearly a bait and switch and isn’t cool. I really hope the district manager will look into this, but I do not trust the people at this location to do their jobs correctly when it comes to managing point of sale transactions to save their lives. This is obviously a reflection on the manager of this location and their Negligence. I’ve been a quick quack member for years and every time I was told that I was paying to reactivate my membership AT YOUR LOCATION you guys charged me for single washes. There is something clearly sketchy going here. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint just to leave a paper trail. Lying and scamming your customers never pays off and you should be ashamed of yourselves

  Kevin is a great worker. Hes very respectful and professional at what he does. He assisted me with my wash and my car came out really clean
