  While my car was at Gerber Collision getting maintenance. Gerber had agreed to give me a free rental at Enterprise. Gerber prepaid for 2 days and if my car went over the days of maintenance, which it did. They would pay the remaining balance after I returned the rental car to Enterprise. Upon returning the rental, full tank of gas aswell. which was not full when I received the rental car from Enterprise. The man who checked my car back in, I specifically told him. That Gerber was paying for the rental and not to charge me for the rental. I'm only supposed to pay for the Insurance Full coverage on the rental car. He said no he did not charge me. So few days later I got charged for the full rental amount. I went into the office in person, Hispanic guy at the desk looked up my account and apologized to me for them charging me the full amount. He said it would take 3 days for my refund to hit my account. 2 weeks went by and no refund. Decided to go again in person because they don't answer their phone calls. This time I spoke to the Manager Matthew Smith, who also apologized and said the guy that made the mistake is no longer working there. And he has to contact Accounting and they would issue my refund. Weeks went by again and I made another visit in person spoke to Manager Matthew again apologized that he is so busy, short handed, and he would get back to me at the end of the day, which he never did. I called on April 17th and spoke to Matthew again and the same BS, he said he would call me again at the end of the day. I told him he has been giving me the run around for more than a month. I rented the car March 5 and it is now April 17th and still no refund. I will never do any business with this company again and will look into legal action against these thieves.

  Short wait, nice and clean car, but if you need support call the national number because the local office does not answer the telephone. Do not expect your rental to be full of gas ⛽ We were not charged when we returned it with just a bit more gas than we received. They advertise a free shuttle service, yet the airport a few miles away is "too far."

  Worst experience with a car rental company in my life. They did not pick me up from my hotel as promised- they left me waiting there for an hour and a half u til I had to get a ride only to get an old car that was not even ready. The following day the car died in a grocery parking lot where this locations manager, Jonathan proceeded to leave me there with homeless people harassing me for 4 hours. If you want to be treated horribly, lied to and severely disrespected rent from here.
