  This dealership will not honor a recall for a 2016 Volvo S80 bought and serviced at this dealership. The check engine light is on and it fell within the guidelines of the recall, but no one will take responsibility or return calls. I don’t think this is a Volvo issue, this is the result of a terribly run dealership. All employees we have dealt with in the past year have left and the new management won’t return our calls. Do not trust anything from this dealership. This response is absolutely laughable. Melisa is the person that will not return my calls. I have left 3-5 messages with several employees over several weeks at this location, wth no response. Do not be fooled, customer service is at an all time low at this dealership. Owned by Zhejiang Geely, but this location is operated by another company Pon Holdings within the indiGO portfolio, so no one to contact but Melissa. Volvo has no intention of making this right. Only solution given is to bring the car back and pay another $3,500. to diagnose.

  Volvo of Palm Springs came to my rescue after being stranded on the 10 Fwy with a blown tire. They could not have been more concerned, helpful and communicative. Though I live a bit of a distance from PS, they are now my dealer of choice. Two thumbs up for sure!!

  It’s been 5 months since we had our car in for hybrid service! We would like follow-up status of when parts are going to be available and service scheduled for repair! If service is going to take more than a day please schedule a loaner so we can return to where we live for the time required for repair.

  The employees were extremely courteous however the price was extremely ridiculous they charged me over $400 for a part that I know they only paid around $100 for and probably only took a half an hour and I'm being generous when I say that to install it I also charge me $25 for a gasket but I know is about $2 because I buy a lot of parts myself and I have access to dealer prices other than that it was almost a pleasant experience till I got the bill lol actually it's not funny it's almost gouging in my opinion

Berndt Heidemann was incredible from the very beginning—kind, thoughtful, patient, and extremely attentive to every detail. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and treated us like people, not just customers. That level of genuine care is rare and deeply appreciated. Lorraine Verdugo made the financial process seamless and enjoyable, which is not something you hear often. She was professional, personable, funny, and brought such a positive energy to the experience. Her amazing personality instantly put us at ease. From Berndt to Lorraine, Casey, VJ, and the entire team, we felt truly taken care of every step of the way. You can feel the teamwork, respect, and pride in what they do the moment you walk in. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely recommend Volvo Cars Palm Springs to anyone looking for not just a great car—but a great human experience.
