This car wash broke my side mirror, and when I filed an incident report, the employee made it sound like this is a known issue. Something along the lines of "sometimes it gets stuck and does that". I was told the store manager would reach out to me in a few days, but no one did. I called and emailed the main number 6 different times over 3 weeks, and every time I was told the store manager would contact me within 3 days. Never happened. It wasn't until I was able to convince the customer service rep to contact the regional manager that anyone finally responded to me, over 3 after I filed the report, and by a canned email that said they won't pay to fix it because the car is more than 5 years old. I requested a cancellation and refund, but surprise surprise, no one has responded. Also, of the handful of times I've been to this location, not once has the back of my car come out clean.
