  I have been renting a vehicle from this branch since December 13, and despite repeated attempts, it has been impossible to reach anyone by phone. I am left questioning whether the branch is even staffed. It is particularly ironic to hear the recorded message repeatedly claim: "We promise to put you first! Continuously innovating--always going the extra mile..." If this is the standard of "putting customers first," it is failing miserably. Answering the phone and providing basic support would be a far more effective way to honor that promise. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect immediate attention to address my rental and any outstanding issues.

  I have rented from Enterprise numerous times over the past few years and it is always a pleasure to work with them. The website is easy to navigate. There prices are competitive and there on-site staff are always very professional yet they still manage to make me feel like I am a close family friend. I will continue to use them going forward. If you need to rent a car try them I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

  Enterprise giving people cars that are not kept up and possibly dangerous on the road. Not one but two cars during the same rental.

  I have always went to Enterprise rental cars. Got a super new car, best gas mileage. 38 bucks a day. Also got the daily insurance to be safe. Served me quickly. Clean vehicle. Even shuttled me home. Saved me hrs of walking and getting on a bus. Love Enterprise.

  No cars were available when I showed up at the Cathedral City location at the time of my reservation on a Saturday, forcing me to pay for private car transportation for two days. I gave the location another shot -renting the car on the following Tuesday, and renewing it for several weeks, only to have an unfortunate minor accident on the Friday night before I was due to return the car the following Tuesday. I purchased full extended insurance coverage, including the SLP. I was not handed a brochure or policy number for the insurance I was charged for. At the time of the accident, I called "roadside assistance" who was of no assistance in providing me with an insurance policy # I could give to the police and the other driver. I visited the Cathedral City location on Saturday and Matthew, the manager, expressly told me that he would be calling the risk manager for that policy # and would get back to me within a couple of hours and, most definitely, by the end of his work shift. There was no phone call from him. Even if he had not retrieved the information I needed to give to the police, a courtesy call from the manager would have been appropriate. I then wrote an extensive email to him which he would receive Monday morning with a demand for the policy information I paid for. No answer. I finally found a small card inside the glove department which was apparently proof of Enterprise's in-house insurance. No one told me where I could find this nor did anyone explain to me how your SPL works. I was completely in the dark and had to rely on the internet for my research. The entire incident ruined the end of my vacation. I would never rent from that location again.
