  Super disorganized. Car not ready. Got ignored while standing at registration. Crummy attitude from all employees...feels like a bad company culture in this office. Normally I dig enterprise. This is surprisingly bad service.

  Understaffed, only one person working on the weekend. They also didn’t have the car that I reserved. the manager says he will call you back and never does. On the way back, I called to let them know I would be late and no one answered the phone on a weekday. It just disconnects after being on hold for 15 minutes. Will never use again. I don’t know why I didn’t check the reviews beforehand

  This is the best Enterprise I have ever worked with from beginning to end. All the staff are super nice and helpful! I’ve had to rent a car a few times this year and always a breeze. Last time, Naomi went out of her way to get the exact car I wanted. They didn’t treat me like a number but a person. I was going through a hard time and this extra effort to go out of their way, made me feel valued.

  Visited the branch today to rent a car on our vacation. The car we booked was not there and the guy offered us a tiny sedan instead. The guy at the counter then asked us for a US phone number, he did not accept our foreign numbers despite them being active - which as foreign tourists did not have. Not only that he insisted that we had one to rent. I’ve never heard of this before in all my travels over the years. One of my friends had one and then he was OK. Then he said my passport was not scanning and said I can’t help you and told us we won’t be getting a car and that it was not personal. Yes it was personal as you did not offer any solution. What a horrible experience and made us feel like we’d have done something wrong or did not have proper ID. Rest assured enterprise will not be having me as a customer again.

  Have had a car reserved for a week. Came to pick it up, AFTER checking in online and was told “we don’t have any cars, and even if we did there are 6 people ahead of you that also had reservations and we don’t have cars for.” When asking for help to understand my options was told you are basically totally out of luck. No options. Totally unwilling to help find any solution. Sent me on my way without a car. Sales person said “we tried to call you”. Have been a loyal enterprise customer for a decade. The reservation updates asking me to check in were via text. lol. So yeah…. Great service.
