I get in the store and go to the counter and said I called for a battery and he immediately starts being snarky and asks “what’d they say?” If they said it wasn’t in stock why would I come in. I ask if they replace batteries he says “yeah sometimes if we can even get to it”. Pulls my battery up and sees a warning sign for replacing it. I read it and it says to check to make sure part of the radio was still working. He immediately goes “oh I’m not gunna touch it” while giggling and stepping back. I said “it just says to make sure somethings working after it’s fixed I read it”. He walks to the manager the manager never walks over or says anything to me, the employee comes back to me and says “yeah we can’t do it and if you take it somewhere else they might not put it in for you”. How is any of this helpful? Maybe don’t let the customer read the warning themselves if you aren’t going too. If he thinks it’s so funny he should go work in comedy not customer service.
