  My check tire pressure warning came on. Technician Steven provided excellent complementary service. He: 1) checked the level on all four tires of my large van. 2) explained to me the current pressures and readjustment them all to their recommended PSI (55 PSI on front tires and 80 PSI on rear tires). 3) informed me to keep an eye on the back right tire as it was significantly lower than the other 3 tires. A few days later, the check tire pressure warning re-emerged. I took my vehicle back to TireChoice Auto Service Centers. I was impressed with the friendly customer service. The technicians kept me informed while I waited. It turns out, the back right tire had a large nail. Overall, the tire repair for the service, repair cost, and location (on a main road in Castro Valley, next door to multiple shopping stores) was exceptional! It cost us $3, much cheaper than ending up with a flat tire and having to replace it! I would recommend getting your vehicle serviced here and would return for future tire care.

  All the staff was very kind and helpful. From the moment we walked in til the job was complete, they kept us in the loop and on track. In and out in such a quick but well managed time. I'd recommend them to others

  Last night, my sons' camaro suffered tire failure, and we had the car towed to Tire Choice. Ramon helped us, found the right tire, gave us great value, information and kind service. The work was done quickly, and we got a phone call to let us know it was done. THe manager Steven was even better.... he explained everything, was responsive, caring, gave us value and service. I felt like he was a friend or family member .!! We have been coming to Tire Choice for over 18 yrs, but sometimes left when there was a bad manager with no customer service EQ in his whole body. But German, Darryl and. now Steven, has us recommitted and back in force. All of our cars are taken care of here. Also, Robert and Reuben are great people who helped me all these years...and a big thumbs up for their work . Thanks Guys.

  Trust! I’ve been a customer/client of theirs for a loong time now. When I recently got a nail in my tire, stuck in another city… other shops were trying to hold me hostage and get me to buy four (4) new tires with scare tactics. Braved it, came to Steve at Tire Choice and he was like, “nah if we can fix it we will!” Patched and all good. Saved so much money and will come here for sure to buy my next set!

  I wasn't happy. I don't want to get anyone fired. But I ordered Goodyear tires. The first set didn't fit my car. But after talking with the sales lady. She said she could get me a different Goodyear tires. I had her order them. The next day I got a call. She said your Goodyear tires just came in. I dropped off the car. I picked it up later. But when I got home I saw that I had Goodrich tires on my car. When I called back they said they couldn't get the tires I wanted. But I won't have gotten Goodrich tires. I would rather have gotten Nito tires if they couldn't get the Goodyear tires I wanted. Because I've always had bad luck with Goodrich tires.
