  I was extremely disrespected by your staff, in regards to me coming in with a nail on my tire. Your service rep informed me it couldn’t be patched up. However it wasn’t on the seam it was patchable. I proceeded to ask if they had used tires you guys told me no. So I left went to a different tire shop they patched it up for $15 dollars. You guys tried to scam me out of my tire and over $100 dollars. A business should have integrity, I understand upselling for a service. To lie like that to my face is a big slap I will never in my life go get a service from you ever again. I want you guys to be aware of the kind of bussiness this is. Please don’t send me an automated message saying you’re sorry trying to fix it and make it right. I don’t want your service I don’t want your sorrys I want the people to know what kind of fake front you guys are.

  Terrible terrible terrible service I have purchased brand new tires for three cars last year. Mind you that's a lot of money I also have gotten my oil changes here. I have ran into issues these last two times for oil change. 5 months ago I brought one of my cars to get oil change and tire rotations and they lied saying that they rotated my tires and I drove to Las Vegas. I have also brought my high school daughters cars. Today I came for an oil change I being the second customer and it took two and a half hours for a simple oil change they have lost my service permanently and I will definitely remind my other surgeon and nurse friends never to come

  Thomas and Trent are the best! These guys are straight shooters, no BS & all business. Took care of my flat tire + replacement in under 2 hrs and had me back on the road.they even deflated my spsre and put it back exactly the way it was. Highly recommend them.

  A flat tire is never a good situation, but ending up at Just Tires turned out to be the best possible outcome. From the moment I arrived, Thomas took complete ownership of the situation. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of without delay. What stood out most wasn’t just his efficiency, it was his character.   Book time on mounting and balancing a tire is ten minutes. X 4. It took them 2 hours. 3 hours if you consider they didn't start until an hour after my appointment time. I don't think anyone there has ever worked in a real shop. To be fair, it was cheap, but I don't know how they make any money working that slow. Their attitude was, "It takes a long time.". An hour would have been a long time. If you're over 50 and remember when people actually knew how to do things, go elsewhere. Your will to live will thank you. PS. There is no 'owner' of Just Tires. They are wholly owned by Goodyear Corp as a way to sell tires. So if the 'owner' pipes in to thank me for my review, understand that it's probably a 20 something year old young woman in a cubicle somewhere. Who's never been to a tire shop. And thinks cars are icky. Meanwhile, the poor people who work there make less than fast food workers. I'd be milking the clock too.
