It was obvious that she couldn’t do the job as she fumbled through the tools trying to remove the screws. After about 20 minutes trying to get the screws off, a 3rd employee, Sergio Ramirez, finally came out to help. He probably didn’t like to hear my husband’s complain about how the lady didn’t know what she was doing. Soon as he’s “done” and my husband thanked him his reply was “don’t come back!” But that’s not all. We turned on the engine, the car didn’t start. Sergio’s too arrogant that he didn’t even do his job correctly. I had to get him out again to do it properly. This guy is a joke!!
