  I had a problem and was late for my appointment but they put me at ease and got me in a 1/2 hour later and did the chip repair on my windshield. They always talked with you and not at you. The Technician also took the time to explain the finished work and again it was engaging talk and I left with no unanswered questions and was satisfied completely with the work.

  Had a windshield replaced and choose to do it at my house. They provide a 4 hour window but the technician came really late, 1.45 hours after the end of the appointment window. He was rude and left a lot of dirt and black tar on my dashboard and pillars. It was very different from my previous experiences with Safelite.

  Horrible and incompetent. I brought my truck to get my rear window glass replaced and they made me come back 3 different times. weeks apart because they kept having the incorrect parts and the technicians were going on vacation each time so they couldn’t do the job. once it was the 3rd time it was in the back and they called me saying they would have to order a different glass and that i would have to remove my truck bed cover for them to replace the glass! safe to say i went somewhere else and got it replaced same day with the motor for the glass working. this is not the first time i’ve had this happen!!

  Everyone at this location was amazing. They took great care to set the expectation before the repair very low, gave me options should the repair fail, and exceeded every expectation that was set. I was getting a rock chip patched and they told me with Teslas, the repairs often don’t go well due to the build. They also said even if the repair takes, I will still see the crack. Once the repair was done (yes it worked), I had to look very closely at a specific angle to see the crack - obviously blown away by the work. Special shoutout to Joey taking his time to explain the process and answer questions. If you need glass fixed, this is the place to go!

  I want to recognize Daniel, the Safelite technician who repaired my windshield chip. From start to finish, he was the utmost professional. He was proficient, straightforward, respectful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Daniel communicated everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated me with genuine courtesy and respect throughout the service. It is rare to come across someone who combines skill, professionalism, and customer care at such a high level, but Daniel absolutely delivered on all three. Safelite should be proud to have a technician like Daniel representing the company. His workmanship and the way he treated me as a customer truly stood out. High praise to this man for the outstanding service he provided. Great service by the overall staff and facility.
