A week or so ago My oil light came on but I wasn’t due for a change so I took it to them to get it checked out and to be safe. They told me they don’t know what’s wrong and that they couldn’t see a leak and that my oil was fine and maybe it was a “pressure sensor” or due to recent cold weather we’ve been having(despite my oil being all temp). So I keep driving hundreds of miles because I commute to LA frequently just to find out today at Valvoline in Enci that my oil was below the minimum oil line. Dangerously dangerously low. And that there was oil on my pan too. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back and have read there have been malpractice cases against them. Surprised they have such good reviews at this location. I will say though that every time I’ve been here everyone is really kind and service is fast. But maybe the service is too fast and they’re not doing their due diligence.
