  The vehicle had a strong odor once the air freshener faded, and the overall experience at pickup felt uncomfortable. The atmosphere came across as overly casual and celebratory, which didn’t align with a straightforward rental need. I’m a frequent traveler, so renting a car is simply a routine transaction for me. I only needed a vehicle because my own car was unexpectedly recalled, and this was the closest location available outside the airport. While the car served its basic purpose, the condition and overall professionalism at this location were disappointing and warrant review.

  Sofia, Travis, and Mia were extremely helpful. Their customer service stands out above any other company I have worked with. They went above and beyond for us. I can’t recommend this location enough

  While the front desk staff was very kind, there have unfortunately been hiccups with my rental. I picked up from this location on 01/09 because my own vehicle was being repaired. This rental was supposed to be covered by my insurance, which I made known to the person I checked in with. I provided the paperwork where my claim number, insurance and adjuster name/phone number was attached. I provided my card for incidentals and walked out. Upon returning my vehicle, everything was checked in/signed out. After leaving the building, I was called by one of their team members informing me that I needed to get in touch with my insurance so that they could make a reservation to pay for my rental. I don’t understand why I was told this after leaving the property or why I wasn’t told this upon picking up my rental in the first place. Today after going through my bank statement, I was charged for the rental car on 01/13. I didn’t even drop off my rental until 01/20. My adjuster has since made the reservation Enterprise asked for, and I’ve yet to see a credit on my account or hear from the Enterprise staff regarding this issue.

  Brittany and Sophia were very accommodating and professional. They deserve praise because we need more people like them in this world. They were kind, caring, and empathetic.

  Staff were wonderful!! We had a small hiccup but they resolved the problem right away and with compassion and concern. Mateo and Sofia had the best customer service skills I have ever seen. Definitely will continue to rent from them. Well done to Enterprise for proper training staff with amazing service!!!
