They estimated the work to be completed in 1.5-2 hours, which is insan, but I understand they were busy. Well, the whole time we waited, we witnessed a few cars arriving after us and got worked on first. in total, they took a whole 3 and a half hours (hour and half over the estimate). No update, not even an apology after the fact. Insanity.

Been having repairs for three vehicles done there for 15 years.including many sets of tires. No apologies. In the past year they have rotated so many folks in there its become patetic. In recent past they have neglected to do minor things, but its time to go elsewhere.The best thing about them now is they are close to my gym, but that's lost its allure now.
