Terrible, total BS. Took car to repair shop down the street to do the same brake fluid change, had no problem whatsoever. Even they said jiffy lube is bunch of clowns, can't even do simple brake fluid change.

I’ll be right back order my parts I leave for an hour. I come back. They never ordered my parts and then they said it’s first come first serve even though they told me they’d save my spot. These people are incompetent and stupid.
