After a less-than-ideal start at another location, Art completely turned things around. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I was happy and comfortable with my rental. He took the time to help me switch into a vehicle that better suited my needs, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. This is exactly the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from Enterprise and why I continue to choose them. Thank you, Art, for going above and beyond—you really made a difference in my trip!

We went down and waited!! no car showed up. We kept calling, spoke their team, and still no one responded. We were completely left hanging.After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, we had to cancel our meeting and find another rental ourselves.This is beyond disappointing!!!!!! completely irresponsible and unprofessional service. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

I had reservations confirmed and paid for by my Amex, pick up time confirmed by email and the location manager for 2 pm on march 20 at my hotel, we waited until 4 pm, no one even bothered to call us and I maid at least 15 phone calls to the head office and to the location. So very disappointing. I will never ever again do business with them.
