Took no longer 30 minutes I was in and out in no time. Every person there from the mechanic's, to the people helping out were professional, courteous and all smiles. That turned out to be a huge mistake. Halfway into my trip, my vehicle completely died in a very remote area. After spending hours stranded on the side of the highway, waiting for tows, and finally getting it looked at by a mechanic, I was told the engine had ZERO oil in it. None. This was immediately after an oil change done at this location. The stress, delay, and ultimately the loss of my vehicle from this level of negligence is unacceptable. An oil change is the most basic service a shop offers, and failing at that put me in a dangerous situation far from home. I’m extremely unhappy and feel obligated to warn others: do not trust your vehicle here, especially if you’re about to take a long trip. One mistake like this can cost you far more than just an oil change.
