The day I went to rent the car, the woman who came to assist me said that if anything happens to the car, they have an extra insurance that costs $25 per day and gives more complete coverage. I told her that I already have full insurance and don’t need it. Then at the end, she said that besides the $100 deposit, there would be an additional $99 for extra protection. I said no, but she insisted, and I finally agreed to the $99 — not realizing that this $99 was actually a deposit for the same $25-per-day protection plan. When I returned the car, I discovered that I had been charged an extra $25 per day. They took advantage of the fact that English is my second language and made this deal with me. I am very upset and do not recommend this branch. I clearly told the woman that I did not want to pay the extra $25 per day, but she insisted that I pay $99 in addition to the $100 deposit. When I asked her if it was just the $99 besides the $100 deposit, she said yes — but she deceived me.
