So, why would #Lexus deal with these scammers?!... DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH ENTERPRISE,... LIKE EVER!!! I just can't believe how low the level of customer service has gone in Los Angeles all over every corporation... this is not ACCEPTABLE!!!! They have no respect for people's intelligence, time, privacy or money! This whole country should complete a hard reset..😑

I had to go here 3 times: [pick-up, switch-out (1st car had its catalytic converter stolen), and return]. This place is always SLAMMED… super busy: somehow they manage to treat every customer with fast, kind, personalized service. I was especially impressed by Joshua. What an asset that guy is to this company. I’d definitely recommend and use them again for car-rental needs.
