We called on the phone and they stated they could change the spark plugs on my car ('specifically gave them year, make, and model over the phone because another Jiffy Lube stated they could do it tomorrow, while others stated they couldn't do it at all). 'Got there and none of them could even start the car (it's a standard). They then opened the hood in the lot and one of them brought over a battery charger. At this point I intervened, asked if they needed help, to which they asked WHERE MY BATTERY WAS. I told them the battery was fine, I drove it there, we just needed spark plugs. They stated "oh, you're the one who wanted spark plugs!" Then proceeded to tell us they couldn't do it, and to take it a mechanic, because they have to take the top cover off the engine, which would cause some issue with the coolant, and to I should go to the mechanic to have them flush it for free. Then they tried to give me a business card to a mechanic they associated with, and I declined. I went to the Jiffy Lube on Camden and they were able to do it.
