- SSSupple_BunFeb 18, 20265.0I drive a 2017 crosstrek manual and came in for a clutch replacement/upgrade (ACT clutch kit) as well as the center differential replacement. The service was very straightforward and easy all throughout. Excellent communication with the shop and the entire service took just 2 days just as they said it would. Friendly staff and cozy front desk/waiting room was very nice, and they even gave me an uber ride back home free of charge after dropping off the car. I highly recommend this place for all things subarus, for maintanence, upgrades, and hassle-free service! Thanks guys!

As we know repairs are not cheap for Subarus, however they will explain the need including what can or can’t wait, and only if you authorize it then the job gets done. So, if you have a similar problem or worse, call and get your car checked. Great experience overall .

I was told to bring my Outback to the dealership to have the work done as it MAY be covered under warranty. I think I should have been at least given a discount (from my $330). I asked for onboard diagnostics to be checked (lights in dash) and to fix my non-functioning heater. Neither was done. I still had to pay the full estimated price to fix both.
