  Helpful and efficient and polite! As soon as i walked in, the courtesy and customer service was significantly better than the place down the street. Craig was helpful and efficient getting me into my truck and accommodating some specific needs for my moving job on a tight timeline. The next day I needed to transition to a different truck and Jaron set me up quickly and actually helped me with the transition! The trucks were great, clean, great shape and did the job I needed and then some! Thanks, I will return here when I need another truck, for sure.

  I wasn't renting a truck, but rather a car (more specifically a minivan) via insurance while my van was in the shop for body work. The staff here were very friendly and personable and went above and beyond to ultimately get me a comparable vehicle after my insurance mistakenly thought there was one available already. It doesn't surprise me one bit that this location has exclusively 5 star ratings.
