None of this information was provided upfront. They have a business on a Marine Corps base where these young Marines are not exspecting or can afford uneapecting charges. They rush you through the process and don’t answer questions being asked to them. The vehicle was dirty both outside and inside. They try to make it seem like there doing the best by there customer but in reality they are providing a poor service. The only reason I didn’t complain at the time was because we needed the vehicle due to unexpected death in the family. Never again will I rent from here and I will pass the same words to others.
