  The employees at this location are dishonest. They told me my prepaid card wasn't valid even though it was purchased at another location less than a week ago and I've used this kind of card tons of times at different locations because i don't like memberships. They showed me a screen I've never seen before that doesnt look like the regular checkout screen at all that was my first clue they weren't being honest. Then he threw it away and wouldn't let me have it back to call customer service about the situation. Literally put it in the trash bag and took the bag to the dumpster to keep it away from me. He pushed me through on a "complimentary wash" to keep me quiet about it, but that card had more than one wash loaded on it! I want this looked into, absolutely infuriating!

  this wash does NOT smell good. i feel like its extremely unclean and it scratched my paint. will NOT be back…

  I'm giving Quick Quack a 5 star rating for a different reason than most... It provides endless amusement for our 2 year old. We took advantage of a free car wash when our nearest location opened up. Our 2 year old was so impressed (and slightly terrified at first), that we decided to purchase a month of unlimited washes. This turned into a personal quest to go through every Quick Quack Car Wash we find... even taking family, grandparents, & unsuspecting friends through more than once. It's always a hit! The benefit to us is a happy kid and a clean car! (As adults, we also appreciate the clean rags, vacuums, trash cans, and compressed air after the wash to keep the inside clean).
