A mechanic fixed it before by adding brake fluid. Asked them to add fluid ; answer was sorry can’t do that without checking brakes for $30 “Ok but add fluid” Brakes Ok but can’t add fluid because of some STUPID STORY But they were happy to upsell me air filter and a $5 charge to add some coolant They left me wondering if they actually changed my oil My suggestion is to stay away

They also asked about a pert tgat was installed and was the “wrong part’ then looked at my last maintenance visit and saw that ithe part was installed by a tech there, on my last visit. They then replaced it with the correct part at no charge to me .

I went back for another oil change hoping they were able to point me in the right direction. I was charged for a top off and told to just go to a dealership or “real shop” in the words of the mechanic. Poor communication on every step, and lack of accountability for their actions make me recommend any other store but this.

The Durango had recently lost all the coolant, while My friend was driving, but I knew she knew how to prevent overheating. Jiffy Lube understood my concerns, this vehicle brake inspection indicated it needed urgent repair; pending. The truck belonged to my husband and I did not have a lot of experience. It had a recall for emissions, the inspections indicated the truck was 99% mechanically sound. Awesome prices and customer service!!!!
