I made it clear I’d be right back, and they acknowledged it. I returned at 5:31 PM—one minute after closing—and the doors were locked, no staff in sight. No effort to help, no communication, nothing. It’s pretty unacceptable to tell a customer to come back and then shut down knowing they’re on the way. That’s not just poor customer service—it’s a complete lack of basic professionalism. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
