My battery cover was broken, screws were left under my hood, rags left in the battery box, and the plate under my car fell off because screws weren’t properly tightened. This is dangerous and completely unacceptable. When I spoke with the manager, Rubin, he blamed me for the damage and didn’t apologize. He promised to order the replacement part and call me — two weeks later, still no call. Customer service confirmed he said he would order it, but nothing was done. I am not surprised that there are many 1 star reviews for this location. This location is negligent, unsafe, and unprofessional. I would not recommend taking your car here.

The older gentleman helping me was perfectly fine and nice, but the young one who brought over the diagnostic report made weird passive aggressive comments about chp pulling me over because I said not to them changing my headlight (7 times I said no nicely). Even though it’s cheap I rather put my money elsewhere and not leave a simple oil change perturbed.
