I told them I was in a small rush to pick up my daughter and they still lagged. They had 3-5 guys huddled up in the car in the stall next to me because the girl in that car was more important than anyone else. Horrible job and I may even speak to my company about canceling out accounts. I have picture but I don’t wanna burn out the guys who where drooling over the girl in the car next to me.

My battery cover was broken, screws were left under my hood, rags left in the battery box, and the plate under my car fell off because screws weren’t properly tightened. This is dangerous and completely unacceptable. When I spoke with the manager, Rubin, he blamed me for the damage and didn’t apologize. He promised to order the replacement part and call me — two weeks later, still no call. Customer service confirmed he said he would order it, but nothing was done. I am not surprised that there are many 1 star reviews for this location. This location is negligent, unsafe, and unprofessional. I would not recommend taking your car here.
