Once there they told me it would take five or six hours, whenever I’ve done this before it was an hour or two at most. So I Uber home and waited for their call. They close at five so at 4 o’clock I tried calling. It is literally impossible to call and get a hold of anyone at the shop. I got hold of safe light somehow after 15 or 20 minutes then being on hold for another six or eight minutes was told they can’t get hold of the shop either, but they assured me that people stayed till their car is done, but could still not answer the question when will it be done. So I Uber back and two or three other people who were waiting since when I dropped the car off, we’re still there and everyone was super frustrated about 30 or 40 minutes later after 5 o’clock I got my car. It looks fine, but I would never deal with them again because you can’t get any information and they don’t really notify you or manage their time well

- RCRene CaireJan 28, 20261.0For the first time in my life I had a windshield cracked, I called my insurance company and they gave me SAFELITE number and arrange for service ‼️‼️WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE ever in my entire life, TWICE NO SHOW, with a bunch of excuses, It’s very easy for them to tell you to reschedule and you have to wait from 1-5 p.m. every time for them to come, WAITING FOR THE WINDSHIELD YO BE REPLACED IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE WITH SAFELITE ‼️‼️Not even once has someone apologized for not coming or being late ‼️‼️STARS FROM 1 TO 5. ZERO ‼️‼️
