The phone Rep got it wrong the first time and the online price quote once you pick from the options that they give you, you’ll get the email saying it was the wrong part and the new price is extremely higher. Technician stated that most of the rear interior needed to be removed to access window parts. Starting both window, motor, and cables all needed to be changed. Totally wrong and waste of money. I suggest a smaller company without stupid policies like this company requires.

I took the day off from work and waited. No call no show between that time. They showed up around 245 after I called the number to get a hold of Safelite. The guy was quick. Replaced the window, but left glass still inside the door, I had vacuumed up all the glass inside the vehicle and when my window goes up, it still comes down on its own sometimes he left handprints all over the door. My door panel was ripped. I have new glass, but was very unprofessional.
