The recent rains & debris, got a flat, my Savior Son put air in it, I drove home slowly, it became a blow-out on Lewis @ the CSUCI entrance, I made it home🙏🏽. My spare was 🥴 so I call 20+ places get $ n options😬😳WTH? I went back to 1st # on my pad, Oxnard Tow👍🏽. They took Betty Lou n me to Mountview Tire, they know Betty my 2005 Acura TL w/332, 000+…yes, get the oil changed kids! The tow truck driver Ray E, nice young man, very professional, (I knew his dad 💯 yrs ago, green eyes)😉 Anyway a shoutout to OXN Tow, Jose y Ray and Cody @ Mountainview Tire. PS Betty had 2 flat tires by the time I arrived @ MVT. Was the rainstorm declared an emergency in VTA Co by our next President Gov Newsom? 🤔 It was all the debris on State land @ CSUCI that caused my dilemma y $600+ later, should I call Larry H Parker🤪? Thank you all you 😉 young men☺️… 🤭🫣

The sales man apologized and said he would go to oxnard and get the tires for me and could have it done in a couple of hours. Another guy from the service center came out and told me why don't I just drive to the next town and get it done. That was pretty rude considering I made the appointment online and it said camarillo store had 4 tires in stock. Why should I have to be inconvenienced due to your mistake?

They had an issue with delivery, but went above and beyond to make up for it by going to a nearby store to not only fill the order, but upgraded the tires as well. You don’t find this type of customer service these days, and I will be back when tires are needed for my fleet.
- MMMiguelDec 24, 20251.012/24/2025 2:15 pm horrible. the guy working there's rude about quickly getting me a diagnostic scan wich only takes about 5 minutes. he ended up leading me on. and telling me to go to autozone. and I told him I did. then he said hes about to close in a couple minutes. to come back in 2 days. update. a week later they tried upselling my friend for 2 tires at 600$ never in my life have I ever heard of that. absolutely insane 👎 we ended up going to oxnard for 80 $ :)
