Clean waiting room and on time delivery of the vehicle. I feel Mekaniks would do that little extra work w/o nickel and diming you for it...they take care of the customer because they want your return business, as it should be. Much better service that I was receiving from the dealership.

I dropped my car off with Lalo, in Camarillo, and they gave me a ride back to my home in Westlake. Lalo was very attentive, he called me several times throughout the process to explain what they were diagnosing that was wrong with my car. Once they figured out the issues, he worked with my insurance to ensure that the cost were covered. The initial price was costly, and Lalo and the owner worked with me to ensure that it was fixed, and affordable. They also picked me up from Enterprise once my car was ready. They showed genuine concern, and had the best customer service. They definitely went above and beyond! Customer for life!
