  These wonderful mechanics had a $5,000 job done in less than a week. Then I thought my car was leaking something still so I took it back and they called me reassuring me that it was just my air conditioner leaking from condensation. They were very thorough in examining it and I must say, it’s working perfectly! I’m so glad we decided to take the car to them! Wonderful customer service as well…very kind and empathetic 😊

  I'm so happy to have Mekaniks Plus as my new go to auto repair shop. They always take me to and from my home in Camarillo while they take excellent care of my Mercedes CLK.

  THEY RUINED MY ENTIRE DAY! Please read this. If you don't have $40 to waste on taxis and 5 hours you want to throw in the trash, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I am sure you can find a better repair shop, just as I did. Three days before going to this auto repair shop, I made an appointment online for an oil change and a general inspection. After I scheduled the appointment, they contacted me and said that the general inspection takes a while and offered to drop me off at home in their own vehicle; at first, this sounded like a nice service. Three days later, on the date of the appointment, I arrived at the shop about 15-20 minutes before my scheduled time. The man in the office (I forgot to get his name) prepared some forms and told me that the entire process would take 2 hours. At the shop, they never mentioned the offer to "drop you off at home in our own vehicle" that they had proposed when I made the appointment. It wasn't a huge deal, but I expected them to at least stand by their word. I left the shop and called an Uber to go home, paying $20 for the ride. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and they said it would be finished in 2 hours, meaning it should have been ready by 12:00 PM. I went back to the shop at 2:00 PM—four hours later! I also called an Uber to get from my house to the shop and paid another $20. When I arrived at the shop, I saw my car parked outside and thought everything was finished and I could just take my car and leave. I went into the office and asked the man there about the status of my car, only to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to it yet and it was just sitting outside. The man in the office said he knew nothing about my car, that someone else was responsible, and that he would arrive shortly; I waited about 20 minutes for him to show up. The man who arrived was the one who had checked me in. I realized even during the check-in process that he wasn't taking me seriously; I believe the reason for this was that I don't speak English well. This is sad. I have never seen another business that treats its customers with such a lack of seriousness. Because no work was done, my entire day was ruined, and I left the shop $40 in the hole.
