  Booked a car, went to shop and no cars, they did try to ring me once but didn’t leave a message and then didn’t answer my 5 return calls as I was on my way.

  The staff is very friendly. The cars are clean and they usually have a full tank of gas so I can get on my way quickly.

  I chose Enterprise for my car rental because it was recommended by someone I know who books travel for a large company. Jennifer and Christian provided excellent, friendly and professional service. I will consider Enterprise for my future travels .

  Only giving them one more star than I originally wanted to because in the end Jennifer the branch manager helped me out. However, last week I was trying to clear up a question I had about a rental provided through an insurance company because I was in a car accident that I did not cause, and was already dealing with a messy adjuster and lack of communication through that company. I was met with no sympathy from an enterprise employee. When I first picked up the rental they asked if I wanted additional damages insurance (out of my pocket of course and I knew that from the start). I opted for my peace of mind as I was in a bad multi crash accident and obviously I can be as careful as can be with the vehicle and unfortunate events can still occur. At first the guy read the date wrong and said I had the rental for a specific date. I said ok I will pay damage protection for until that date for my peace of mind. Then he said right away oh I'm sorry I read that wrong it's actually this date ( a full week later) and it would be double the amount. Now I was willing to pay some out of my pocket but another full week costs might of put another type of worry on me. In hindsight I should of never signed up for it all. But it was the fact that when I came back in on a different to clear another question that I had right before I had to return the rental they mentioned the damaged protection how now its this total is X (different from what they told me the day I signed for it). They said I never signed out on the day I wanted to pay up until and the total is due regardless. I tried to not be rude and told them no one ever told me I had to sign out of said contract for the damage protection the day I signed for it. Had they let me know verbally from the start I would have to come in on the designated day, have them inspect the vehicle for damages, signed myself out, and understand that I am liable should anything happen for a full week. I am a pretty responsible person and would of been there on that day. The blonde white guy with the chain necklace made it sound like I had no option. I said calmly fine I'm not going to argue with you. I asked to be signed out right away that day he inspected the vehicle and found no issues. I was signed out and saw the total I was going to be now charged and wanted to cry. I called customer service later that day and again I was helped out and I paid for the days I originally intended and agreed to. Thank god when I went to return the rental the next day Jennifer and the guy that originally helped me get started were there. I never got the name of guy that helped me at first. He was really nice and seemed honest. I got the two guys that work tuesdays. ( I didn't get their names and I don't care to). I don't know if they thought that because I was a young girl that I was stupid or not going to try to advocate for myself but that experience was very upsetting considering all the stress I was already under. It was very unfortunate that this happen because prior I had a great experience when I rented a car for a personal reason. I did not think that I was going to get taken more advantage of for more money for the company and they knew I was in a car accident. That is disgusting behavior. This review is not a means to get a full refund. I am a person of my word and will pay what I agreed to pay for. I'm simply writing my honest review so others can be aware. Five stars for Jennifer. Zero for the other two.
