  I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at the AutoZone, all thanks to Gabe S. From the moment I walked in, Gabe was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. I came in needing to replace my front blinker and rear reverse lights, and he immediately took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He didn’t just point me in the right direction—he walked me through the options, made sure I got the correct bulbs, and explained everything clearly so I felt confident in the purchase. What really set Gabe apart was what happened next. Without hesitation, he offered to help install the lights himself. He came outside, brought the tools, and carefully handled the entire process step by step. He made sure everything was installed correctly, tested both the front blinker and reverse lights multiple times, and didn’t rush through anything. You could tell he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers—not just making a sale. Throughout the whole experience, Gabe was patient, professional, and detail-oriented. He answered all my questions, made sure I understood what was being done, and went above and beyond what you’d normally expect from an auto parts store employee. It’s rare these days to find someone who delivers this level of service. Gabe turned a simple errand into an exceptional experience, and because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for any future needs.   Brought in an agm battery that’s within a 4 year warranty. Was told to bring it in for a swap. then told they couldn’t warranty it cause they couldn’t find my phone number. Then told that the warranty was 3 years. Battery was tested and clearly dead. Staff doesn’t know their own policy and needs to be educated.
