- LHLakesha HarrisJan 6, 20265.0I'm in love under new management! I'm so grateful to the people at this store. I went in yesterday to buy a light bulb for my truck in junior helped me. I told him I needed some fuses that didn't know which was to buy since my heater went out on another car. He told me to come in with the owner's manual, and we will look at things together as I didn't trust the diagram he pulled up.I have a 2012 Toyota Rav4ev, and the heater stopped working. Not only did Junior help me to find the fuse diagram and test the fuses, he also consulted with Storm on reasons to heater may not be working. He helped me to change my cabin filter, and provided great instructions. The store manager Sheryl also came out to try and help me solve my problem. She was kind patient and understanding of my situation. She exhausted every resource available to her and even consulted to other store managers. Lastly Shirmer, also assisted in using the tool to test the fuses. Long story short, this was real teamwork and customer service. Although we did not resolve my problem with the minor fixes, I was okay because I had taken it to Redlands Toyota a few days before and they couldn't fix it either. Because it is an electric Rav4 there's limited information on it. I will have to take it to El Monte Toyota, where they have an electric specialist. But I feel better doing so as the auto zone team helped me exhaust all simple fixes.

They patiently helped to change my battery and didn't stop working on it until I was able to turn my car back on again. Due to their excellent customer service I'll be shopping at this Autozone for all my car needs moving forward. Thank you for your kindness 🙏

Went back in to buy something and they were rude after tht worse service and visiting from outta state wow. DONT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT RUDE SERVICE.
