Staff in charge of guiding vehicles were rude, blocked me from passing, and gave incorrect instructions at one point telling me to press buttons related to my emergency brake, which caused abnormal noises in my vehicle. This is a 2025 Lexus RX 350, for gods sake they do this on purpose i own a business myself employ mexicali people these workers seem very hostile and ungrateful and unprofessional I told em I had it in neutral I am not a new customer he was going to make me exit without out getting what I rightfully pay for ! I own four vehicles and am now considering taking my business elsewhere. This is a basic operational issue and should not
